QMC has been a leader in developing Asset Management strategies for real estate portfolios dating back to 1997….At that time , the principal partner , Terrence Roselle was active in developing concepts for HOPE 6 developments, TAX Credit Initiatives and Scatted Site Housing plans for the New Haven Housing Authority in partnership with Yale University and the City of New Haven Ct…Mr. Roselle was also recognized at that time for his project management skills as outlined at many times in the New Haven Register newspaper….Today, QMC still remains at the top by assisting capital investment groups with their portfolios through good economic solutions for rehabilitation and setting standards for implementing preventative maintenance policies and procedures…..QMC also excels as a project/facility management group and as a small business, we continue to administer project oversite services to many of our nation’s top fortune 500 companies…
Contracts

Training
Many of today’s trainings are limited and sometimes very one dimensional, the cost alone for a one day session can have you wondering where and how you will ever be able to pay for each member of your staff….While QMC understands this concern and need for comprehensive training solutions, we take a very different approach when offering Facilities Management, Maintenance Management, Emergency Management and Active Shooter “etudes” (studies)………First, the subject matter is made simple for all to understand, secondly, we make the complete discussion interactive in order to give each student the ability to participate in the learning experience….Lastly, QMC does not leave you hanging, our proposals include the ability for us to follow up with you one month, six months and one year after providing an initial training session because “your success is our success”……..
Emergency Management

A Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) or PCNA as most refer, calls for the respondent to furnish the labor, materials and equipment necessary to conduct the capital needs assessment….It also ask that the applicant comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws etc. because a competent needs assessor can be hard to find…..The notion, of climbing through someone’s outdated property or spending time reviewing outstanding capital data portfolio can make a good project manager cringe …..Thus, that is where QMC comes in, the principal partner, Terrence Roselle has been designing CNA models for 25 years and has been recognized by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development…….
