The Quality Maintenance Care (QMC) company, formed in 2011, is a privately-owned project and facility management entity which specializes in construction management, physical needs assessments, and maintenance training.

QMC is a results driven PM firm. We specialize in construction and facility management.

We are comprised of three experienced managers with a combined 30 years of experience. The principal partner, Terrence Roselle, has administered over $6 billion in project & construction management work over his career.
Terrence is also a former executive board member of the BOMI in 2004. He is a member of the IFMA, Facility Management Association, as well as the National Center for Housing Management for Maintenance.
